"We visited here twice last year and the food and service was lovely. So of course we decided to visit when in Annecy this year. The food was ok, the service by a tall man with a beard was lovely. The more mature lady however was not. She stands watching your every move making you feel quite uncomfortable. When we asked for the bill it had 3 items on it that we didn't have. We questioned the bill and the more mature lady brought it back and said that she had taken 1 of the items off.... we told her there was also another 2 items we didn't have, and after obviously doubting us returned quite some time later with the right bill and stood there while we sorted our money out! Now I know mistakes can happen but the table behind us also questioned their bill... the only other table in there!! So although the food was ok we will not be returning next time we visit!"

"A discovery for us this summer that was on vacation in Annecy. We ate on the terrace, a real happiness, very complete menus at a very correct price! About 35€ for an aperitif, an entrance, a dish, a fairytale, a dessert and a little gourmet... I think it's very good! And everything is wonderfully prepared! Beautiful for eyes and so delicious to eat! We had a big hit on this restaurant! Too bad we don't live in the area! I recommend this restaurant 100%!"

"This place is in a great location on Santa Clair and is a wonderfully old looking French bar. It seems they didn't sell too much food as we were allowed to pop next door for same pastries and they were happy to allow us to eat inside at the tables. Provided of course we acquired some beers which we duly obliged. The welcome was great. It was early January and the festive decorations were part down and still being removed but the blonde lady, I believe she ran the place, was super friendly and superb. We got our drinks and sat around near the rear of the bar just taking in the feel of the place. It's so French and what a great old bar it is. I could have had a few more and relaxed with some of the locals but alas our visit to Annecy was merely a day trip so we had to move on. This place is great for a relaxing drink in a really quaint and wonderful surrounding."
