"Came in for some food and a pint. Staff were friendly and the pub itself was nice enough. I just don’t understand why some places bother serving food, if all they can muster is some dry, frozen burger that looked and tasted like it came straight from Iceland. I had to dig deep to find traces of the signature burger sauce, spoiler alert, it was just plain old burger sauce from a squeeze bottle, wheezing it’s last splatterings onto our soggy buns. What a sad experience and waste of money. If you have low expectations when it comes to gastronomic experiences, I highly recommend. The beer was lovely."
