"I'd been wanting to try this place for quite awhile but was always put off by it's 'hole in the wall' exterior on a main road. Finally went there on a Saturday night when a friend came to catch up and we didn't want to spend a lot of money. It only has about 20 seats and is a very basic set up. Booked a table for 7.30pm and was surprised to find the place almost full on arrival. It took awhile to set served and there was a delay in finding an opener for out bottle of red, which we had to open ourselves. After that we ordered 2 Bibimbap and left full and happy. Service was a bit slow as they only had one waitress and the table next to ours was starting to get filled with dirty plates that they couldn't clear up quick enough. Also, had a lot of people waiting behind me to pick up take away, which wasn't the best atmosphere. Not sure I'd go back on a Saturday night, unless I really wanted a cheap eat, however a good spot for something easy and cheap during the week without the doubt. Staff were friendly and helpful, which overcame some of the other teething issues - probably an authentic Korea experience overall."

"Come here for lunches on weekend. Its pretty nice place and also good foods. We had the burger also the pan fried fish. Portions is not that big. Well- trained and caring wait staffs, good services. But itll be a bit of pain to find the outside seating- since its not much- and always seems so full.Coffee is average ( they are using vittoria beans ), and we had Chai tea ( the tea bag is from Coles - Lipton tea bag ) : it is not a hot brew tea leaves - if you expected that to be happen. Just in case.Overally this place is ok"

"We decided to try Acre after hearing from fiends that the food was spectacular! Unfortunately we were utterly disappointed! The food was not spectacular, but way overpriced for what you actually got. Good wine list and beer selection but again overpriced!The ambience was great and really a nice setting but that's about all I liked.In a nutshell boring tasteless food but great venue!"

"This is a hip-pub in camperdown. whether they sit in the front bar and enjoy the sport on the massive tw or grab a table from the back and enjoy the fantastic graffiti of Australian most famous and notorious they enjoy the mood here. the menu is their typical pub fare, but I can recommend the tacos, chicken wings and burgers. the tacos are hot and the wings spicy. for me is the best option but the white kicherbse and Quinoa-Patty-Burger. something about Vego options always entice me, they are in the most tasteful and this was no different. "I visited roughly between 12.45-1.30pm, Wednesday the 14th of December, 2016.<br/ Can't complain with their $14 steak lunch special.<br/ <br/ The interior of the bistro was spacious and air conditioned. Fairly quite crowd inside as well.<br/ <br/ So it felt like a fairly relaxed pub (which i do like, for lunch time .<br/ <br/ Full kudos to the bargirl who served me as well (in the front ground level bar , and kindly took my finished plate away. "The hamden hotel is the only place that tries in camperdown. has her basic pub grub alone with a few specials. I had the duck jump roll and porterhouse steak. both were pretty good and good value. second night oysters kilpatrick and alamo cutlets, which we are both quite basic. do not utter super delicious and the cutlets 50% fat. all in all. the personal is friendly. eating is hit and miss. just go with the bases and you'll be happy."
