"Its my favourite hangout. Its pet friendly to. I take my dog Blaze for a walk early saturday mornings. He gets to interact with people and also other dogs. Its an awesome atmospher, even the Vida e caffee staff knows my dog by name. Thank you to them to for the dog bowl with water just outside the door. Awesome gesture and they give phenomenal service. The staff at the surf shops to are super amazing to. Everybody has the love for the ocean , people and animals."

"What a wonderful place!!! My weekly hangout. Brilliant specials and the food is to die for. Tried most of the menu. Nachos ,bitterballen. Chicken strips and wings. Ambience amazing, decor of old books, wall of exposed bricks,an old world feeling that few can mimic and great kind bar persons. Love this place"

"Met a friend for the half price burger Wednesday and was suitably impressed. Nice spacious venue with minimal but trendy decor. The staff were friendly and efficient. Menu seemed to have a good selection and was very reasonably priced. I had the burger with bacon feta as well as the fries and beer battered onion rings. Portion was big, filling and very tasty! I also had a cappuccino which was good most importantly hot! Overall a very pleasant experience and I look forward to trying the food truck Fridays when there is live music."

"This place pumps during tourist season, and this can make it a bit difficult to get a drink. But when you do, it 's a fun spot to have a bit of a jol and then make your way up Franschhoek 's main street as it 's very centrally located. The service is friendly and I liked the 'typical pub ' vibe, and will be back to try more of the food! (All I had was a slice of pizza, which was pretty decent)."
