"Edited in response:I understand you saying I was charged for 3 beers. What you need to understand is that you overcharged me a beer. The hibiscus ipa you mention in your detailed receipt was never ordered. You also mentioned I paid immediately. My party was for 2 people, there's no sense in me immediately purchasing 3 beers for 2 people. I never looked at the receipt as my husband used my card with my permission. I didn't even initially leave a review regarding prices. That was my husband's decision to leave that review.My issue lies with the fact that you've called me a liar and responded so aggressively to a review before assessing all areas of concern. This would be a non issue and I can look past being incorrectly charged for something I didn't order. What I can't support is a company that values their customer so little, that instead of accepting partial blame for overcharging someone, you would rather defend your error and re direct blame.This could have been passed off as a misunderstanding which is where I personally intended on leaving this before your response. Good luck.Original review:The beer was okay. However, my issue comes in form of the price I was charged, and the response from management to my husband's review. We had two orders, paid immediately for both. One was for a flight, no issue. The next we ordered TWO beers, not three as your response suggests. We ordered and received the oyster stout and the nitro peanut butter and jelly. I had the nitro and I thought it was great. I didn't order the beers but I did pay for them and got an automated text like I always do for 28.30. I thought the price was insane for two full pours seeing as I can order 32oz to go for most beers between $10 14. I could have gone back and asked for a detailed receipt but did not, sure that's on me. I dont enjoy confrontation and even though it shouldn't have lead to that, my feeling was correct as that is now the outcome. To be responded to and be called a liar is poor management and even poorer taste. There are better and more constructive ways for a complaint to be received and handled."

"Held in about 4 pm . got a pulled pig with Koleslaw. the herb didn't taste good, could have been old? my friend also tasted it and said something was wrong. the server took the raid went to the kitchen over the raid and never came back until she brought the check. My pulled pig was fair too poor. Maybe we caught her at a bad time. Fritten were good."

"Steak tips meal was excellent. So tender and seasoned. tasted like filet. Nice establishment. our friend had huge a double cheeseburger meal. oh and the onion ring appetizers were huge and delicious. we will be back for a prime rib night"
