"In the area stopped. I sat right away and brought jumbo glass with fresh brewed iced tea. If you're from the south, you know iced tea and that was good! I ordered the half-bay special. It came with an additional side of meat of choice, I chose beef . The ribs were tender and a generous part. The beef was cut thin and also delicate sweet potatoes were hot with cinnamon butter. Texas Toast had only enough garlic and side salad was crispy and fresh. How did I miss this place? Not sure, but I'll be back"

"TEX-MEX HERO! Traveling full time around the nation to honor our nation's fallen heroes. Police, Fire and Military. We had a fundraising event in Eustis, Florida with a Grand Design Central Florida Owners RV Rally. We found this place, so we could take one of our sponsors too. When we arrived the service from the moment the doors opened set the stage for the entire dinner. They had a live Marichai Band playing that made it clear this was going to be an experience. My wife and I arrived about ten minutes before our guest did. While waiting the staff nearly immediately had freshly made salsa and chips perfectly placed in front of us. Shortly after our guest arrived. They had a similar arrival experience too. In fact we spent time convincing them we didn't stage the band for them! Each of us ordered a variety of different dishes from the menu. Of course as you can guess I ordered fajitas (Beef and Chicken). Didn't pay much attention to what everyone else was getting...was looking out for number one....my belly! The fajitas were perfectly prepared and delivered on a scorching hot plate that could have set off the smoke alarms. Nice hot flour torts and the accompanying fixings for my personal fajita canvas. FIVE STARS. They were so good that my wife was disappointed there were no leftovers to take home! We come to this event each year...now adding this place to our annual must haves while in the area! Fantastic staff, INCREDIBLE food and absolutely well above any Tex-Mex standard! As a Texas passport holder..I hope this means a lot for my fellow Tex-Mex family and friends. Enjoy!"

If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. If you just want to complain and turn this into a police state, move to the Blaine House and leave the rest of us alone. "My husband, I love this little restaurant, GREAT food, very clean, staff are the absolutely best, we are every Saturday for the last three months the young lady Tammy who serves us, is very respectful, attentive, a funny, they care well for us, KNOWS THE MENU about all this has become our favorite restaurant! If you are looking for good food, give them a try! The Greek salads on bowls are a must because pizza is a favorite, we watch them roll out the dough!"

"Sol de Mexico Located in the historic downtown Eustis, eat in a festive and brightly colored dining room with native Mexican art and furniture. Food is freshly prepared; zesty appetizers meant for sharing or carefully made to order Mexican entrees and desert. Sol de Mexico is family owned and operated since 2009. Each time we have dined here, the food was delicious and the portions were large. Our servers were attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend! My personal favorite Fajitas; Sizzling grilled seasoned el sol fajitas over grilled onions and peppers served with a side of charro beans, lettuce, Pico de Gallo, cheese, sour cream and flour tortillas. "Just a little space in a strip-mall, but the food and service were very good. It is all with limited seating. Also limited drinks. There is no beer or alcohol here. Staff friendly and accommodating. Ask and visit again."
