"Ordered shrimps and grits and it was delicious, but a little sharp. I asked if I could have the grottos without the bacon, but obviously they do it in front and did not want to make a small part of the ground up. The Calamari was delicious as an appetizer. The service could have been better since we were the only ones in the restaurant."

"Saw Sapphire had great reviews on Google, so decided to try it out. Unfortunately, the 4 and 5 star reviews could not be further from the truth. The one good part of my visit was the service. The waitress was extremely polite and attentive. However, the food was subpar. Half of the crab rangoon was cold in the middle, the sweet and sour dinner tasted strongly of ketchup and the pineapple in it had clearly gone bad. The pad thai was decent. On top of all this, the atmosphere was atrocious. One of the employees was drunkenly laughing while drinking with guests. There was country music blaring far too loudly for comfortable conversation (and if I had to hear one more Trace Atkins song, I was going to leave). The cherry on top was the extreme far right news channels in every corner of the room. Not a great dining experience, and unfortunately there won't be another one."

"My family and I visited Fort Walton this week and we were sorely disappointed with ALL of the food that we had up until finding Thai Art. We were surprised by the amount of Thai restaurants in the area because I love Thai cuisine. It’s literally a dream of mine to go to Thailand and I follow Thai food groups on Facebook. Anywho, I set out to find the one with the best reviews and I am so thankful for the patrons who left every 5 star for Thai Art because you all were 1,000% right! The steamed dumplings with the green sauce started us off and they were great, next I had the S7 soup and my husband had the S5. I’m sorry I don’t remember the names but I cannot verbalize the masterpieces that these were! Complete and absolute umami flavor(yes I know that’s Japanese but there’s no other way to describe the body, depth, and fullness of the broths). I also ordered the Thai style papaya salad. This was my first taste of papaya salad so I couldn’t give an accurate taste scale but it was good! The owner she is the sweetest, warmest, most creative, and talented being I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! Our family didn’t want to leave because we were having such a pleasant conversation with her. I really tried to convince her to move back to my neck of the woods but I wasn’t successful. I should’ve started with this but I knew that I would enjoy her restaurant when we parked because she’s growing her own herbs and vegetables! That’s how you know someone takes care of their food. While we were eating I overheard another patron asking why the hours were adjusted and how much he missed her earlier in the day. I knew then that my hunger wasn’t deceiving me or my tastebuds. This was real love at first bite! I couldn’t finish my meal because we beached all day and exhaustion set in so I bagged it up and took it back to the condo with me. I put it in the fridge and when we left this morning I told my husband that I had to bring it home. He filled the cooler with ice and we tucked it in. Upon arrival home I warmed my leftovers because I could no longer fight the cravings. I was so afraid it wouldn’t taste the same and I was going to have to chuck it... as I’m full and happily writing this review I can say that it tastes as good as it did when ordered. I say all of this to say please your palate and give her a try. I don’t think that you will disappointed!"
