"The fuchsbau is located in the quite idyllic gifhorner district angle and thus somewhat remote. a trip there is worth it. the restaurant is quite small, is very personal and friendly.The ambiente could be a little polished, but eating makes it again. the steaks, which can be combined with various supplements, are very well fried (as ordered) and delicious. also the rest of the card has some interesting dishes to offer.No haute cuisine, but cozy and tasty."

"I drove from Fallersleben to Gifhorn to eat this delicious diner. The staff is on every request of the customer and they are very friendly and nice. The bistro is very clean. 25 min I want to buy and the best of it is the döner still very warm and juicy when you arrive at home. Time and again"

"Last week I was eating with a friend in the brewhouse. the ambiente is very cozy, as you expect from a brewhouse! on the map you find brewhouse classics like haxe, or crust roasts, which has been great for us, because we have been looking for such classic but well-made dresses in the surrounding gifhorn for a while! I then ordered the damenhaxe. there were Bavarian herbs and potato puree. the portion was really big, but the teller was not overloaded, but beautifully dressed. everything was very delicious! my friend has ordered green cabbage with cashier, which is currently on the month card. also she was very satisfied! Conclusion: great brewhouse atmosphere and delicious, well-made kitchen, at fair prices.sowas bad in the region! we'll be back in any case!"
