"We had an excellent dinner with wonderful ricottine di bufala, bocconcini di mozzarella, and an original version of parmigiana made with zucchini and eggplant. Starters were so plentful that we had to share 2 pizzas in 4. Service was perfect. Also the location was suggestive,...in front of the main square and the little port."

"We walked by this little place around 11 pm one Saturday or walked as close as we could get. There must have been at least 50 young men and women on the sidewalk in front of the door, each with a slice of pizza in one hand and a drink in the other. Either the food is fantastic here, we thought, or they 're giving it away. We returned on Monday night to find out. This time there were only 6 or 8 people inside, which pretty much fills up the place. Mimmo 's serves pizza by the slice (both the typical thin crust variety as well as a thicker type reminiscent of what 's called Sicilian style in New York) and various paninni. The pizza runs 1.50 euros and is very tasty. No one speaks English but they were very helpful nonetheless. There 's a narrow bar along one wall with 4 or 5 bar stools, and that 's it for seating (hence the mob on the sidewalk on Saturdays). Mimmo 's is located right on the main piazza."
