"While visiting Hiawassee, GA, we stopped in this little diner. The service was really good. The server was friendly and fast. I'm a huge fan of country fried steak and eggs, so when i saw it on the menu, that's what I ordered along with a side of blueberry pancakes. Everything was good except the country Fried Steak. You could tell it came from the freezer. The pancakes had fresh blueberries in them and were delightful. I'd recommend stopping in on Fridays when they have live music :"

"Had a wonderful experience. The food was great, Tom Edwards playing the guitar, singing, and telling stories was an awesome bonus. Quaint, cozy, atmosphere, and would recommend to all of those in the area. Met some fellow pickleballers there for the tournament and is safe to say we’ll be coming back next time! "Awesome food, generous portions, friendly service. We're here just for a weekend, but if we come back to town we'll go to Big Al's. I had the garlic Parmesan wings crispy, juicy, delicious). My daughter had the baked Ziti and was sad that she couldn't finish it because it was so good and had a really generous portion size. The rest of the family had the pizza and salad buffet and raved about how good it was. Oh, and they take cards now, too, not just cash."

"He was here at 9 a.m. after the kitchen was officially closed, but they still gave us food, which was just an example of the great service we received. Had Lemon Pepper Wings.. 6 for $8. that were right on tasty. $11 Burger with lots of soft thongs was really delicious. The $8 Street Tacos were a bargain. You get 6 of them and you can serve 2 of any taste with lime and small size of salsa. For us the fillings were large, but corn tortillas were too dry.. IMHO slightly freeze tortillas in a small oil this caboom would be like those on the streets of Jackson Heights, NYC. Oh, if I forget. loved the beer selection and really so that you are offered tasting . The terrace is available and they are pet-friendly. We definitely have a planned return."
