"We've been here for years and usually eat twice a week. Sure, there was an ebb and quality in service and food over the years from great to meh... but today was the last straw. Shortly after the arrival we learned that our favorite waitress was fired by the new manager. Our waitress for the evening tried hard but was not supported by the kitchen. We waited for it always seemed for our food and when it arrived, it was raw, not properly prepared and/or short cut. A person in our party was first served a boiled meal and then as a substitute got a special burger that only the Burgerpatty, cheese and a bread...and it wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese! To finish it, I saw Charlie's bartender brutally attacking a client and then flee the scene before the police showed up. Charlie, I know the kitchen at this point has fought, but the front of the house has held us back. Return our waitress and repair the kitchen problems (mostly your new management)! I'm not saying I'm not going to eat here again... only we won't be back until there are changes in management. By the way, we are a group of 5 pairs..."

"My wife and I decided to try this place as we had never been there before. First, we were not greeted. We eventually seated ourselves on the patio. Finally after 5 minutes a waitress came over. Four waitresses were standing around laughing and joking while there were only a few people in the place. One customer had his hands around the waitresses waist at the bar. Very unprofessional. We ordered our meal. The menus were sticky and not clean. The plates were dirty and we requested two new plates. There was no apology from the waitress. My wife got a rum and Coke, which was watered down. We ordered a Chicken Nacho platter. The chicken was dried out like it sat under a heat lamp. The waitress was not attentive. We left most of the food there. An attentive waitress would have noticed and asked if there was a problem when the food is barely touched. I felt like no one cared to provide good service. The owner of this place needs to take notice. It was a Friday night and only a few people in the place. I can see why. We will not be back."
