"Wir waren heute nach dem Wochenmarkt -Einkauf in der Wachtel, da man uns dies von Seiten unseres Ferienhausvermieters so empfohlen hatte.Wir sahen am Eingang eine Mittagstischbegrenzung bis 14 Uhr, woraufhin der sehr nette Wirt allerdings anmerkte, dies sei "relativ".Wir hatten ein Pilgerstoff (Pils) und einen Glühwein, sowie eine auf den Punkt geartete 1/2 Ente mit rohen Klößen und Rotkohl. Ferner ein Beulches mit Biergullasch .Das Ambiente ist eine Ansammlung vieler, historischer Andenken, z.B. ein Kreidler-Moped vor dem WC.Die sehr ausgewogene Karte bietet für jeden etwas, ergänzt von Tagesgerichten. Beliefert wird die Wachtel fast ausschließlich regional in Bio-Qualität.Wir waren nicht das letzte mal dort."

"Our this year thanks to eating led us into the picturesque, quiet old town of Lauterbach. our first visit to Lauterbach's old town, and only that is worth coming back soon. our friends only knew the awake and wanted to try this cozy dining place for a long time. what is new is always good. Nevertheless, we had the impression that our foods were quickly brought to the table, almost in a martial holiday. this can also be deceived because we had so much to observe in these very interesting spaces and so much to say that the time will be faster. take the time of photos taken as reference point, then between order and orientation have passed about 25 to 30 minutes. but everything is in order, especially if they take into account the large company on the side table. but to choose to eat: so often with small hunger, my dearest chose one of their favorite foods: foil potato with slim. despite the recently quite bad experience in an Edersee gastronomy. we have shared some regional food among us. the friend chose bagches with black beer, the friend of the watchball grill plate, and I wanted to try on the louderbach hull. as already mentioned, everything came for us pleasant waiting time. all looked good, and most likely I would have fed everything myself: . the Ofenkartoffel: foil potato with a beard chmand no comparison to the Edersee experience. very tasty, especially with the beard-chschmand. up! the lap with black-biergulasch: bagches has well baked. I tried a sticky bag and I have to try it sometime. really delicious! the grill plate: vigilant grill plate made me a bit envious, but they can not have everything and should his friends all wish the best and of course do. the grill plate is also fallen! oh, how often do we have to come here to try everything ourselves? last but not least my court: louderbacher blunt reminded me of the macho of the weaker sacks gayer versus vogelsberger specicities that I had tried in a ziegenhain gastronomy. but the difference: enormous! where this was not the case, but the gastronomy. here in the woke it was a real joy! whether the sauce was made by lukull or me, it was no matter at this moment and I cannot judge it either. I cost it anyway! all four were very happy at the end. However, I did not ask for the addition salad that the photo must be enough: there was no table after the appetizer card, and as I said, we did not even ask for it because it was already clear that we would only return a few meters further in an ice store. ambiente super, super price where there are still 0.5 l white beer for 3,00 €? eat them well, clean.
