"My friends and I stumbled across this little bar as we were walking around the Lekeitio harbour. From the outside it doesnt look super inviting but we thought we would give it a try. Once inside we were greeted by the hostess Barbera who is a wonderful character and very hospitable and accomodating. She was more than generous with her drink pouring and although my spanish is almost non existent and she couldnt speak a word of english we all managed to communicate effectively through the international language of smiling and conveying positive body expression. I didnt eat any of the food so cant comment, but it all looked delicious and maybe next time I will give it a try. The bar is located right on the harbour so the outside area provides a wonderful location to sit and people watch whilst enjoying a couple of drinks. When you are in the area go in and say hi to Barbera, im sure you wont be disappointed. If you have expecations of something flash and stylish this wont be for you, however if you are looking for an authentic experience then dont walk by. Can definitely recommend."

"Amazing fish restaurant at the port. All main dishes for lunch and dinner are gluten-free and have gluten-free bread (individually packed) for “bread course”. They also have a kind of cider, but no gluten-free beer. They have a lot of dessert, but only the cured, cheese quinces and ice creams are fully gluten-free. A bit expensive, but it is worth for the quality of food, wine, views / life and service!"

"Large pintxos bar on the port. You have a kind of gluten-free beer (San Miguel) and 3 types of tortillas that are all gluten-free. They also have 3 types of olive/anchovies/feta/jamon/etc spears that are gluten-free. All delicious and inexpensive and great service. There are many other Pintxos options to choose, but they are all on a piece of bread, so if you are not super sensitive then you can take off the beats, but obviously not suitable for celiac disease."
