Their philosophy is the use of regionally grown ingredients from vegetables to meat and cheeses, and seasonality ranks high on their agenda. Prices range from very reasonable to the upper middle range, given the mode of operation to use basic ingredients rather than off-the-shelf does require a significant amount of man7woman-power in the kitchen. Excellent and competent service, good selection of biologically produced wines, fresh and appetizing ingredients make for a thoroughly enjoyable experience."
