To start off the evening, we indulged in their jalapeno poppers and stuffed mushrooms. The jalapeno poppers were perfectly crispy on the outside, giving way to a burst of cheesy goodness and a delightful hint of spice. The stuffed mushrooms were a delightful combination of earthy flavors and a creamy filling with toasted bread triangles. The all you can eat salad bar was a refreshing interlude before the main course. It boasted an impressive array of fresh greens, vibrant vegetables, and a variety of dressings to suit every palate. The salad bar allowed me to customize my own salad, ensuring that we had the perfect combination of flavors and textures. The Minturn Country Club takes pride in its high quality cuts of meat, and the options were truly outstanding. This establishment has two grills set up and you cook your own meat choice. My husband opted for the bacon wrapped filet and I had the ribeye. Each bite was tender, juicy, and packed with an incredible depth of flavor. The shrimp skewers accompanying the steak were a delightful addition. Accompanying the main course were the delectable sides of twice baked potato and loaded baked potato. Both were heavenly creations, creamy and rich with just the right amount of seasoning. The asparagus provided a fresh and vibrant contrast, perfectly cooked to a crisp yet tender texture. As the evening drew to a close, we couldn't resist indulging in the Minturn Tator, a whimsical dessert that resembled a potato but was a delightful combination of ice cream and chocolate.
