"Understaffed... they appear to not have enough people to handle their business properly. Our waiter appeared maybe five minutes after we were seated. He brought us waters. Took an order for one mixed drink which was delivered about ten minutes later. He mentioned that he had a table to take care of. Our meal order was taken when he got back. We got our food 45 minutes afterwards. My tacos were missing. The folks who brought the food out were informed of that. Ten minutes later the water reappeared and marched off to find my tacos. He returned as most or my family was finishing their food. I ate as they watched. Some folks had to leave since their small kids were restless. Three of the eight were left when we asked someone to find our waiter. This would be a one star rating but the food was OK, so two stars. Don't forget the food order of the person paying the bill."

"We had a great experience here. We try to visit a new place each year, this year we chose Graham’s landing and it did not disappoint. We arrived around 4:30 and were seated immediately with a party of 6. Our waitress was Christine and she was such a sweet and pleasant lady. We got a couple of appetizers, the grouper bites were delicious and my kids loved the fried mushrooms and pickles. Our food was great and fresh. We will definitely come back next year!"

"Was here before and had a good service and the food was good. came back and it was a complete 180. Ordered the salad bar and had to take only 1 ride because they closed the salad bar. Our server went several times and did not ask if we wanted to refill our drinks. It took a while to get our wings we ordered, not knowing how the wings were because we worsened and left."

"Staff was as fast and polite as I would expect considering we came in during the height of the dinner rush. I don't blame them. I will however blame management for the abysmal ribeye. Trimming your steaks thin and then failing to trim them properly to make them weigh properly, is a really bad way to represent the Outback brand. As you can see by the picture, this ribeye is far too thin to be the normal bone-in ribeye one would expect from Outback. You will also note the inedible meat on the backside of the bone. So either this Outback is pulling some shady moves, or they need to find a better food supplier. The salad was fine, the staff courteous and pleasant. But someone is ripping off the customer."
