"Japone is one of the best Japanese in the inner west I think. We have it delivered frequently which are the photos as shown. The quality doesn't change which is rare. The food is beautifully presented. The spicy popcorn shrimp is a must try, as is the spicy edamame. These guys know what they are doing, in house or delivery, you won't be disappointed."

"We always enjoy our visits to Pashas since discovering them a few years ago now. Great dips and the meats are always so nice and tender. Love love their rice They stopped serving kunefe which we're so sad about as their kunefe used to be one of the best ones out there! Bring it back pls! Always excellent service too and great vibes. Will keep coming back"

"Newtown Hotel is a great spot to unwind after a day of work, or to meet a group of friends. I like that it has a few different seating areas to suit everyone, the comfy booths downstairs, the lovely beer garden out the back, the restaurant upstairs, the awesome caravan and the balcony for people with gross smoking habits. They make very good drinks and the $4 pizza is a favourite. Thank you for having vegan cheese!!"

"A lovely evening with okay food. The service was really good and the ambiance was vibrant. They were very accommodating for my dietary needs. I ordered the Vegetarian Rice Paper Rolls (they are vegan too), they were really fresh and light with the peanut sauce complimenting it well. A great way to start the evening. My friends both ordered Salt and Pepper Squid and Quail in Spicy Salt. According to them the salt and pepper squid was a bit bland but the quail was amazing. For main course I had Stir-Fried Vegetables with Garlic sauce (Vegan), i was disappointed as the vegetables were literally drenched in the oily sauce, the flavour was good but there was waaaay to much and it spoiled the...read more"

"I visited the Marlborough Hotel on Saturday night, as the venue turns into a very busy nightclub. During the night, after returning from a bathroom break, I was approached by a security guard who'd decided I had to leave. I questioned his reasoning, as I hadn't stumbled/slurred/interacted in an intoxicated manner. During our conversation, another disgruntled security bounds over to join the debate. Considering the capacity of inebriated patrons at the venue, my discussion with security.1 really shouldn't have caught the attention of bored security no.2, but that's beside the point. With no legitimate rebuttal at hand, security no.2 GRABS MY PURSE from under my arm and proceeds to walk off through the the venue and outside. I'm not sure where The Marlborough Hotel trains their security, but stealing personal property to have a patron leave for illegitimate reasons doesn't feel ethical to me. The security feel a sense of entitlement that they really don't deserve.It isn't ok for security to kick someone out without a liable reason and it certainly isn't ok to grab personal property as an incentive to have that individual removed. The Marlborough does have redeeming qualities (bar staff were great, the live music is fantastic) so I don't want to bash the entire venue, however, the security have completely tainted my opinion of the place."
