"Well, who likes it can come in here in a beer garden atmosphere / swimming pool atmosphere. we felt uncomfortable and loud. Enjoyable sea view, of course, is not available at ebbe, you have to pay attention to in the north dike, the sea cannot be there all day."

"Gestern waren wir zum ersten Mal in der Kombüse. Wir hatten einen Tisch vorab reserviert, was sich als gut erwies. Es gibt nur fünf Tische, ca 22 Sitzplätze plus Hocker an der Theke. Die Kombüse ist gemütlich eingerichtet, der Service war sehr nett und gut. Krabbensuppe sehr lecker. Als Hauptgericht hatten wir die Fischplatte für 2 Personen. Für jeden 3 große Fischfilets (Lachs, Seezunge, Seelachs). Dazu Bratkartoffeln und 2 Saucen, die schmeckten auch gut zum Fisch, da dieser leicht paniert war (ich persönlich ziehe es ohne Panade vor). Die Kombüse ist kein Gourmettempel, will sie auch wohl nicht sein. Es ist ein sehr nettes kleines Restaurant mit gutem Service und einer bodenständigen Küche zum vernünftigen Preis /Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen wieder."

"Zugegeben, der Ort und die Einrichtung erinnern eher an ein Kantine - wir mögen's eben zwischendurch auch unkompliziert. Die Fischtheke war auch am späten Nachmittag gut gefüllt. Der Fisch mit den Beilagen war extrem grosszügig und der Krabbencocktail war seinen Preis mehr als Wert. Ein Klecks Cocktailsauce und alles andere waren Krabben. Auch zum Einkaufen ist de Beer DIE Adresse. Wir haben Rollmöpse und Aal gekauft. Die Bedienung war geduldig, weil wir schlichtweg keine Ahnung hatten, was der Unterschied zwischen kleinen und grossen Rollmöpsen ist und sie hat sogar einen halben Aal verkauft. Und noch was; die Toiletten waren top sauber, bei so vielen Gästen hätten wir das nicht erwartet."
