"Went here with my sister who had noticed the tower from the main road and fancied giving it a try. We walked there and arrived early afternoon. Initially we thought we’d made a mistake. The place is rustic and quirky if you’re being kind and scruffy if you’re not. We were warmly welcomed and sat at a table in the sun. We chose a fish platter and sole from the extensive fish and meat menu. They brought us a nice fresh salad each to start (included at no extra charge). The main courses were a lovely surprise. Lots of really tasty food cooked beautifully. The beer was good and my wife’s G&T required an extra tonic because there was so much gin. Toilets were clean and spacious. Three meals with drinks cost us around 65 euros, so not cheap but good value for the quality of food. We would definitely go back."

"Fig and olive is a beautiful restaurant that is already offered for vegetarian on their menu. but they were more than willing to make changes for a vegan offer. eating was pleasant, with a vegan meze for appetizers and a curry for net. They have some work to do about the aroma, like the meze was a little bland, but say they are excited to expand their vegan offer and even ask for recommended meals that they could add to their menu. I look forward to going back and seeing them progressing."

"Was watching football in Legends who were not serving bar food on a busy Saturday as chef prepare Sunday lunch. Popped to Spud Murphy's and ordered 2 cheeseburgers one chicken fillet. Large chips.Asked them to call us when ready rather than missing match and waiting. Manager offered to deliver downstairs for us. Great service. Food came, got and tasty. Cheeseburgers tasted home made. Chicken was juicy."
