"Stayed there for 5 days. We had a room with own bath on the 2nd floor, with balcony and hammock on it. Fine sea view, sound of the waves. We like it.We had breakfasts, dinners and suppers in the restaurant all the time. There aren't many other places to eat in Lobitos, and guys from other hostels usually come here to eat or drink cold beer.Food was good, but during our stay the food little by little came to the end. First the ham was over, then chicken, tomatos, bananas, cheese... I don't know why couldn't they just go to a supermarket in Talara, it's not so far."

"Un lugar un poco alejado, pero súper tranquilo para ir con familia o amigos. La parrilla muy buena en especial la picanha estuvo exquisita. Las ensaladas muy ricas también. Yo pedí un trago chilcano de maracuyá pero a pesar que pedí su cambio no me gustó ni a la primera ni cuando lo arreglaron. Eso si deben mejorar. La atención es un poco lenta también y no aceptan tarjetas de crédito. Pero con lo buena que es la comida lo demás se te olvida."

"This great bar is attached to the Hotel Portales and is on Plaza de Armas. The drinks are great. They have a limited menu but those items we tried were great. I was in Piura for 6 nights and spent 3 nights at this bar. Friendly bar and wait staff. Little English, but don't let that stop you. Prices are OK. Great place!"

"Tiene buena ubicacion esta media cuadra de la plaza de armas, tiene un ambiente amplio. A diferencia d restaurants de lima no te dan canchita de cortesia. El chicharron de pescado estaba bueno, aunque poco para ser una fuente mediana. El arroz con camarones no tenia sabor."
