"A great café with incredibly delicious, homemade cakes and super prizes. The best cheesecake I've had for a long time. The only thing that is very bad is that the operators are clearly overwhelmed. Was the second time and it always took a very long time to notice or pay."

"Very idyllic location in the angertal. the ambiente in the local and on the large outdoor area with a beer garden is stylish, well maintained and appealing. the service is sometimes left to wish. a little slow, sometimes a little fraternal and the one or the other dispute between the employed one has been allowed to experience. this is a shame, it makes the otherwise very good impression worse. the food and drinks, among other things a very tasty cake, are good, inexpensive in the upper segment. with beautiful weather the parking situation is bad, but you can park up and go to the valley."

"This restaurant is exactly how it is advertised. It is a local place in a very old house. I think it dates back to The lady who waited on us was very kind and patient. Her English was not bad as our German ha The food is all German; it was very good. It is very local and very casual; my stars are because they do what they do very well. The service is excellent. The atmosphere is fun. We spoke with all the people sitting around us; we felt like we were at family dinner! My husband had schnitzel and it was very good. I had a piece of beef and it was cooked medium and tasted good. We both had fries they were excellent. I mean really good. I would substitute the boiled potatoes for fries every time. I recommend this great place if you want the local feel. Because we were in Germany the beer was flowing and the Riesling was outstanding!"

"This is our local village restaurant. After many years of being called "Samothraki" it is now called "Zum Griechen" and is back under the lively management of Anni & Evan, who used to run it some years ago. The food is good, typically German/Greek & the service is friendly & fun. A new menu is under development, so we await those changes with interest. The restaurant is 100% non-smoking & the beer on draft is excellent. Come to Homberg & give it a try!"
