"Bei 26°C Außentemperatur, fast Mitte September (!), war es im Stadtkater angenehm. Das Restaurant befindet sich in einem historischen Gebäude, das wahrscheinlich in den letzten Jahren renoviert wurde. Ein Teil ist ebenerdig, zum Kellergewölbe geht es ein paar Treppen hinunter. Leider ging der Charme des alten Gebäudes ein wenig durch die moderne Einrichtung und der hellen Beleuchtung des Kellergewölbes verloren - jedem wie's ihm gefällt. Die mit dem TripAdvisor etwas schwierig zu lesende Speisekarte (technische Probleme) hatte jedoch schon mit ihren Angeboten auf diesen Stil hingewiesen.Zu zweit hatten wir uns zunächst als Vorspeise einen Elsässer Flammkuchen geteilt. Der war recht gut, jedoch waren die Zwiebeln für meine Begleitung etwas zu bissfest (nicht ganz durch). Da wir keinen großen Hunger hatten, wählten wir beide als Hauptspeise eine Folienkartoffel mit Hühnerspießen. Die Sour Creme war mal etwas anderes als üblich. Aber, auch wenn das Hähnchenfleisch lecker gewürzt (mariniert?) war, war das Fleisch einfach zu trocken, als wenn es noch einmal aufgebraten oder einfach totgebraten wurde.Wie schon gesagt, besonders hungrig waren wir eh nicht, weshalb auch fast Die Hälfte übrig blieb (es waren keine Riesenportionen), das Fleisch machte nicht Lust auf mehr. Bei der Bestellung des abschließenden Cappuccinos habe ich der Servierkraft den Zustand des Fleischs mitgeteilt, was sie an die Küche weitergeben wollte. Eine Rückmeldung, zum Beispiel in Form einer Entschuldigung, gab es nicht. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr freundlich.Der Stadtkater machte auf mich eher den Eindruck einer besseren Snackbar als den eines Restaurants. Nicht nur deshalb: durchnittlich."

"At a beautiful weekend I took a hike to the cliff. I took the train to rinteln and his short walk through a residential area to the woods where the road is marked with white color splashes on trees. there are no signs. for the trailhead until you're half up. there was a good walk and there are two main routes to take. the one is somewhat steeper and shorter than the other longer and more gradual. a view of the conclusion is rewarded by the stone tower on the summit. the reward is the small refreshment facility in the tower building where beer, wein, softdrinks and limited cake are available. if they have a nice weather day, cliffs are a rewarding hike."

"Ein sehr kleines und feines Bierlokal in Rinteln am Glasbläserbrunnen gelegen.Bei schönem Wetter kann man draßen sitzen und dem Plätschern des Brunnens lausen und schön bei einem Bier oder einem anderen Getränk entspannen.man kann auch eine Kleinigkeit von der Karte esssen.Die Bedienung ist sehr nett und höfflich und das Essen schmeckt wirklich gut."

"Here the time in the 80s seems to have remained in all areas. the reception was "going as" as at opa 1980. I ordered a 300 gram steak with salat and pommes to the top steakhouse price and was disappointed. the meat was ok, probably from the electro contact grill, but all very boring and compiled with cheap pumice. my conclusion, the ratskeller will not do justice to his superior claim. my court was not worth the money and quickly made home much better. for that I do not go to restaurant!"

"Very good food. You can't eat in the restaurant because of Corona, but you can order boxes with food. All I had eaten there was always very well prepared. And if you get a place in the restaurant, you can sit in a small glass dome and enjoy a perfect view. Wars 5 stars"
