"Reserved meadow through open table to celebrate a birthday with 8 friends. when we were there, the manager told us they weren't open to dinner! what?! we were all there without where we had to go. fortunately there was a cook on because they organized a private party, so the manager was nice enough to give us a room and serve us dinner. he also gave us dessert about the house for which we are grateful, but the bill was still quite expensive! the opentable has to communicate with hown, because the restaurant is not open daily for dinner and its males are misleading. I was disappointed that we didn't experience the place to celebrate my birthday as we should have."

"Absolutely terrible. Never ever will come back!! I came in for a 2pm reservation and Didn't leave till 6:45 PM. When I went and talked to the owner/manager about us waiting so long and not being able to even put in a drink order He was extremely rude, and making it seem like I was lying about us waiting so long. We waited about an hour someone to come over to us to ask us what we wanted to drink. We finally put in a drink order and it took a very long time to get our drinks. When it came for us to order food, Will you get more waiting extremely long and no one was coming over to us. We had to go and leave the table to find someone ourselves. Thankfully the food did come out fast but it took way too long to even put the order in. After we got our food, no one checked up on us at all. My friends and I wanted to get a few more drinks and order some more food to share but we couldn't because no one checked up on us. The waitress didn't ask us how we were doing or ask if we wanted anything else for 4 HOURS. I understand that there are staff shortages everywhere but to not check up on your table for about four hours?! That is absurd! to top it off when we got the bill there was added on gratuity!! We were extremely angry not only because of the poor service but to be charged for this!?! We actually brought it up to our waitress and expressed to her how he felt and she did not say anything. She just said that she was super busy and they're short staffed but I said you did not check on us for four hours! That is totally unacceptable!! She did absolutely nothing!! We didn't even place our order with her since I had to go get the manager. She didn't bring the drinks over or the food. she had the audacity to change a tip!! She wasn't even friendly or nice when we tried expressing ourselves to her and why were were upset. I understand it is a hard time but to not check up on your table ONCE? We actually wanted to order more food and not one person came up to us to ask if we were okay if we wanted anything else. Staff was very rude and service was bad. To top of the night, the credit cards were billed incorrectly. My friend got charged doubles the amount when we split the big. It then took us an extra half hour to figure this out. Overall a horrible experience!!! Stay away!!!!!"

"Omg! this place is absolutely wonderful! my family and I came to birthday dinner 03/05/2022. the service is so great! I had the logan steakhouse burger it was amazing, it is a bit big, but delicious! the workers are so friendly and so nice! we had a sweet dame that she had said she rarely gets the tables that celebrate birthdays so I think it was great, we all have lava cake and it was great. my brother in law, sister, mother and grandfather each have one. the workers came to sing happy birthday, it was funny! 10 out of 10 would recommend 100!% thanks for such a beautiful and great time!"
