"We ate dinner here in the first night, service was a little slow as there was a big party next to us. Food quality was okay, a little expensive for what it was, but this is a ski resort for you. In fact, for an apres-ski drink we returned another afternoon as it was very comfortable with heated outdoor area."

"Heel erg vies en ongezellig. Geen sfeer en geen bediening. Eenrichtingsverkeer als je iets te eten wil halen en duurt een eeuwigheid. WC's zijn zo verschrikkelijk smerig dat ik er misselijk van werd. Echt heel erg dit, liefst vermijden."

"Super essen, super service, einzige Manko ist die sub-optimale Lage. Dadurch aber nicht so überfüllt, was wir wieder super fanden. Ein wahrer Geheimtipp unter den Hütten in Saalbach/Hinterglemm. Ich selbst habe Burger und Rippchen probiert und bei den Jungs war der Rest auch top!Achja dazu auch noch mit super Ausblick ;)"

"Stopped in here to check on the kids who were brought here by their ski instructor for lunch. Once we had checked on them (they were having the time of their lives) we decided to have some lunch of our own. Sat out side in the back decked area (there is a front and a back) in glorious sunshine looking at the ski run down from the top of the Schattberg Express in front of us and the kids in ski school to the left of us. Service was great, food was great, drinks were great. My wife had the Beef Carpaccio with pesto, rocket salad and parmesan and ciabatta starter and i had the Chilli Garlic Prawns in Olive Oil with Ciabatta starter, both were amazing! We had beers, Aperol Spritz, cola and Amaretto during our very relaxed, long lunch watching the world go by whilst the kids were in ski school. We did venture back up the mountain for a few ski runs before collecting the kids from ski school at 3pm, at which point we returned to the restaurant for the kids to have an ice cream treat for doing well at their first day at ski school. I have read some reviews (since we visited and before writing this one) about the staff not being friendly and not speaking any English, our experience was completely different to this. Everything was great. Would recommend and would return."
