"We arrived at Pacini at 8pm on a Sunday night and we were very happy to see that it was very quiet. Lots of parking btw. We don't like crowds so we choose our times carefully. We sat in a quiet corner booth and had a very nice evening. The music wasn't loud, the lights were dimmed perfectly and the service was excellent. The waitress spoke to me in English when she saw I struggled slightly, which I find rare in areas other than Montreal so that definitely added to my positive experience. My boyfriend and I had 2 glasses of Italian wine, the table d'hote which included a Caesar salad for him and escargots for me, then two pasta dishes (a 3-pasta dish; and a seafood lasagna) and of course the famous bread bar which we DEFINITELY indulged in. A very nice addition was that when we sat down, the waitress asked us if we prefer filtered water or sparkling water with our meal. It was included in the price of the meal. She left one bottle of each type of water on the table as well. The food was delicious - NO complaints at all! Our dessert was included, my bf had profiteroles and I had a chocolate cake. The portions were very generous. Including tax and tip, our meal came to just over $100. The restaurant is beautiful and we will definitely be back."

"I went there for lunch a couple of time and I did'nt have a great experience each time. When I'm having bagel they're not toasted enough. There's always at least 10 flies around that goes on the food. Even during winter... Last time I went the ladie that made my food cough in her hand and afterward she took my bagel with no gloves to put cream cheese on. I'm never going to go back there. It's expensive for what it is."

"Stopped on the way home after 2 days in the Laurentides. Welcome at entrance was quick. Nice attention to young children. Nice family restaurant. Server Nathalie was very pleasant and effective at ordering. Food was brought quickly and was very good and warm."
