"I've read most of the reviews and I'm surprised at the few bad ones. We counted about 30 people there on a Wednesday lunchtime. We were amused by the decor (bras and pants, all clean, naturally!). The menu was varied and the choice excellent. Service was efficient. We had the beef stew -excellent and the ribs as well as the roast halibut. All beautifully cooked and good sized portions. It leans in a more Flemish then French direction but that suited us. We especially liked the cheese and bacon starter. A great find. Would go there again without hesitation and would recommend it to others."

"The title says it all. We went as a French family and thoroughly enjoyed our moules marinieres and the fish. At around €10 for a main, pudding and a drink deal, we were very satisfied.Our waiter called Esteban was particularly helpful and friendly. That was part of our trip to Clairmarais. I strongly recommend you spend a day in that lovely "swamp" too. There are some restaurants there too but unless you book on a sunny day or at weekends, you d have to come at St Onerous to eat like we did."

"Passing from Le Havre for the extended weekend, we made a stop last night in this brewery. The meals are very good, well copied. The only small dish is the fast chain... I hadn't finished my aberlour that my racket had already arrived. I felt the same precipitation at the bank by paying the check. But apart from that, it was very good."

"It might seem rather odd to visit an Asian restaurant while you 're in a country world famous for its own local cuisine, but this restaurant is well worth it. (We chose it because we rationalized that France had historically had a huge influence in Southeast...Asia, so some great food ideas must have found their way back. Don 't let the name fool you. The restaurant does have excellent choices for Chinese food, but they also have some Vietnamese and my own favorite, Thai. My friend and I both ordered what is often, in the US, called Evil Jungle Chicken--a delightful combination of chicken, eggplant, coconut milk and HOT spices. It did not disappoint! The meal was a delight, including the Thai coffee at the end. The restaurant itself is small, but decorated very nicely and certainly, the feel is Asian. The wait staff was also excellent, and the manager himself came over to check on us toward the end of the meal. There were several other diners as well, a mix of local and visitors. The prices were reasonable to a little higher than US Asian restaurants, but well worth it. (The wine selection was great, too, of course! I highly recommend this for a slightly different take on French food while in Saint-Omer."
