"Really an extraordinary kitchen! my friend and I waited to get her car in a business area and decided to eat a bite. cafe wave showed up on our Google maps, so we decided to go there. I am very grateful that they were there where they were because there were no other restaurants to walk. cafe wave had an almost retro feeling as we entered and everything was nicely detailed; from steps to furniture. the server that helped us was the owner who was quite neat. on the menu, the blt had called a bucking speck who had sold me immediately. I had to see what their definition was of a brow speck. it was simply the best speck I had seen on a sandwich. her fön fritted where super crispy and very tasty, although some had too much salt on her, what I just brushed off. my friend ordered her chicken capri with a beside salad. she let me have a bite on that sandwich so I could know how it tasted. one of the best sandwiches I've ever had! I even know how to describe how good it was. I never thought that a sandwich with balsam glaze and basilikum pesto could taste so good on a roasted ciabatta beer. I have the full intention to go back to this hidden gem until I get sick of it, and I will order the chicken capri next time."

"My sister I love Brick Oven in Provo since we grew up in utah county. So we went here we arrived about 4:15 pm we waited up front for about 10 mins before anyone seated us. There was only a couple customers was even in there. Come to find out our waitress was the only waitress AND had to take care of up front AND the pasta bar AND the salad bar. She was VERY NICE she worked hard did a good job taking care of everything everybody but I can't believe they have her all alone every afternoon from what she said. The food was very good but why don't they have more help? It is not an inexpensive place to eat."

"When they are in the mountains of the beats and great pizza selection are the pie is the place for them. I love it being in the heart of South Jordan. learn them in the library and then after they get pie. I love the combination cake and the cheese draw a part are good. the atmosphere is beautiful and I love the graffiti."

"Great authentic cheeses. The bread was moist and chewing, the meat was well flared, and the cherry pepper gave it the perfect kick. All-in-all a delicious, authentic cheese steak experience, filled with a delicious cake for dessert."

"Ordered boneless wings, was served sliced up grilled chicken breast. I felt deceived. A pretty small meal for the price. That being said, I did enjoy the chicken and especially the sauces. Hair on my carrot as other have reported. Service was suuuuper slow. Only one person working the floor. She was great, just a matter of being understaffed. Out the door for $18 for a chicken breast and water. Don't plan on returning."

"Great little place to eat. We have everything you eat soup and salad bar. The salad bar had a lot to choose and the same with the soups. Our waitress Annaka was brilliant, she was very nice and attentive. We will definitely come back."
