"We ate here because we had a buy 1 get 1 free hamburger coupon. Most expensive burgers we 've ever eaten! (My big Mama burger with cheese, tomato, onion and bbq sauce set me back 25Sfr). But for Switzerland par for the course, at least as prices go. Tasty. Good atmosphere."

"The card is even for ch naja a bit strenuous to read, relatiw big card. the restaurant is hearty and the staff friendly. the colorful wine card has only ch weine in offer. Unfortunately, there was no one who knew much about the wee. in principle everything is good, but the corners and edges do not vote. on the request because of a zölliakie the service was apparently overwhelmed. that was not understood. the kitchen does not convince on the whole line, the risotto was cooked and the salmon trout was still too raw."

"The scenery is great, right next to the Aare river. Peaceful and quiet. Drinks and food great. Service was good. Unfortunately we weren't allowed to just drink something, we had to order food as well, but Food was really nice"

"We have been here twice and were very happy with the service and quality of the pizza. It is in a really nice spot on the river, so in case of nice weather you must eat outside. Last weekend it was raining so we ate indoors and had two delicious Roman style pizzas. The pizza sauce they use is quite tasty. Reasonably priced too."

"I'm not sure what this other reviewer was on, but me and my group had a great time at the Clock Tower bar. It's a pretty small place so it does get full pretty quick, but you can tell that it's all repeat business. Everyone...seemed to know each other. I tried some of the burger, which was pretty good, but I loved my meat that I got on the hot stone Great sauces came with it and some fresh cut fries. Fries weren't my thing but they were alright. I loved the fact that I could watch the cook make our food. Everything looked really fresh from where I was sitting. It would be nice to get some poutine in Switzerland, but I haven't found it yet. The Swiss eat mayo with their fries. The best part was getting some Molson, they seemed to have a nice selection of Canadian beers, but I stuck with that."

"Last bar before I decided to head to the game, was Cafe Zentral Bar, with its perfect location on the banks of the river with excellent views. Was more like a local bar as it had a lot of, shall we say, older clientele. Bar lady was very friendly and I ordered an Eichof BrauGold. Relaxed and enjoyed my lovely beer as tourists and visitors walked by in the midday sun. Great for people watching! Good beer, friendly service, in a very relaxed setting. If I was any more relaxed I’d be comatose."
