"I've always loved A&W since I was a kid but I don't like their pricing strategy now. They have posters that make it look like you're getting a combo meal at a certain price but then they upcharge almost everything. Probably won't go back until they figure out how to compete better with other fast food outlets that clearly show prices and what you get for it."

"Had a reservation for 5pm and were seated promptly. Our server came over at about 5:15 and we ordered drinks and I ordered meals for my kids at the same time as their drinks. Our drinks too 20 minutes to get to us. At 6:15, I got 2 out of our 3 kids meals and nothing else. By 6:37 we were still missing side salads and garlic toast to accompany our pasta. By 6:54, we finally got the bill.If you’re looking for dinner under an hour, DO NOT COME HERE. We most definitely won’t be back."

"To say that this place has gone downhill after a change in ownership is an understatement.1) The adult portions re literally smaller than the child portions elsewhere.2) The fish is dried up and greasy.3) It smells.4) They forget condiments - not even dressing on a salad.5) They are super slow.6) It is super dirty.In sum this is the absolute most pathetic Fish and Chips place you can imagine. I though Captain George's was a franchise in which case I have no idea how they are even allowed to operate under that name. One of 2 things should happen asap.1) the owners go eat in any fish and chips restaurant anywhere else in Ontario to get an idea of what their product should be then seriously get their act together.or2) Or they go out of business.Honestly so pathetic is is unbelievable."

"There aren't many wing places in the area so we tried the wings once by ordering takeout which were not good and once at the establishment after, hoping that the takeout was a one-off, unfortunately they are absolutely gross both times. The wings tasted like they had already been cooked and then recooked for us, the texture was so stringy and gross. The service was terrible even though we were the only ones in there, my beverage was watered down and disgusting.. it's always empty for a reason. Would never go back."
