"We went for dinner and were surprised. The specialty of the house are scorpion, ants and mezcales of every flavor, including scorpion mezcal. The scorpions are fried and not venomous anymore.The owner himself attended us, he is a young entrepreneur who has been on BBC talking about his new concept restaurant.Definitely a different type of experience if you are up for it. There is also more traditional Mexican food on the menu. The restaurant is not upscale, but a must see while in Durango."

"En esta visita el servicio no estuve al altura. Al momento del café pedí un doble expreso y me dieron un café americano sin azúcar y sin leche, reclame que esto no era lo que había pedido y me lo remplazaron por un café americano un poco mas cargado pero no un expreso!!!! Si no los alimentos sigue siendo de buena cualidad y bien preparados ."

"El lugar ofrece la oportunidad de disfrutar a un buen precio una rica pizza a la Leña con los ingredientes que tu elijas sin limite, el concepto es original y comodo, les falta ofrecer alguna variedad de pasta o ensaladas, para acompañar la pizza a tu medida, el precio considero es Excelente, y la atención de las barristas también, mas sin embargo no nos gusto que no te lleven la pizza a tu mesa y no haya una variedad de cervezas y bebidas preparadas con alcohol, LA LIMONADA DE COCO es algo muy diferente y rica, nos quedamos con ganas de un platillo diferente con el cual pudiéramos acompañar nuestra pizza y con atención personalizada en mesa."

"Thanks to Trip Advisor, we headed out to find La Fogata before we left town. We are so glad we did. We got a parillada with Rib Eye, Sirloin and Adobada. All three were delicious and there was plenty of food for our hungry family...of three. We were greeted with some appetizers of guacamole on chips and mini gorditas. What a great warmup! The parillada came with a bean soup starter that was incredibly delicious. Cold beer and tasty margaritas rounded out our experience. Our leftovers were nicely packaged to take home and we could not have been taken care of any better. Provecho!"

"Visited La Bahia with my husband and two nephews. The place is very small, but the food and service made up for it. I had fish empanada, it was very fresh, done perfectly. The others had variations of shrimp cocktails and all were impressed. I did not see offers of dessert. The owner came by and was very friendly, even went out to get a beer that someone ordered. Only one drawback-there is a very high step at the entrance, I needed help to climb it. We will definitely come back next time we are in Durango."
