"Via de Romantic Strasse km je door Wertheim, het gasthaus staat wat in een zijstraat en zal menig niet echt gelijk aantrekken.een overdekte biergarten in een oude schuur, rustiek maar gezellig, voor de lunch op een middag is hier niet veel volk te bespeuren, maar we aten er fantastisch lekker, alles op en top vers mooie porties en vriendelijke bediening door de patronne. "Food - amazing; service - amazing; atmosphere - MAGIC! What a great experience. Simone took care of my wife and I and she made our experience absolutely wonderful. From her suggestion of Cordon Bleu and great company as she would take time to visit in between assisting other guests, talking to us and telling us all about her amazing town. My wife and I go to Germany every year and we always rent a car and drive around to different towns, trying out local food and beer. I haven't had an experience that covered so much in one night in a long time. We probably stayed for at least two hours enjoying the evening of food, drink and a new friend. I even bought a painting from the local painter that had beautiful paintings on display right in front of us (we sat outside). Afterwards, my wife and I walked through the town and stopped for Italian eis. It was pretty dark as we walked toward the castle and then used our iPhones as flashlights and were actually able to hike all the way around the castle! Absolutely an amazing night in Wertheim and it's a place I know we'll be going back to next year. Hoping we can repeat the experience. I uploaded a picture of the castle we took while walking through town. iPhone's don't take the best pictures at night, especially if you have no talent like me, but this picture is enough to remind me of the best night we spent having dinner together in at least the last five years, maybe more. I simply can't think of a better time."
