"Local bar/restaurant serving american food. Like the square bar setup. Food is decent but their wine list is mostly California. A couple TVs with the game on. Manager is very dedicated. He takes orders, delivers food, and checks in to make sure everything is good."

"Ate at Max during CT Eats Week. It was a Sunday night and the restaurant was active but not noisy. Our server, Ryan, was attentive, but not overbearing. The cocktails, apps, and special menu items (arctic char and scallops) were excellent, as were the desserts. We heard the CT Eats special was extended for an extra week and would recommend it highly!"

"I came here with some friends for dinner and it was a great atmosphere with good food. Your Happy Hour Specials were great with $6 drinks and then small bites for $4-8. Dinner was also cheap. The service was fast and the food came out perfectly. There is a small parking lot on the back so you don't have to find street parking as well as a front and rear entrance. I highly recommend this place!"

"Very good food. First time trying Thai food and it was so delicious. I had the B.E.T fried rice with crispy chicken and it was so flavorful. The blue elephant martini is delish.. Affordable prices and great service. I'll be back soon."

"Crusty bread, great coffee, good prices, plus packs of gum and beer, Harvest County has it all! I'm SO glad I found this place, they do food right (the sandwiches are always stuffed and fresh) at a good price. It's in my top three for places to stop atwhen I have to grab a quick lunch in Hartford."

"Service: Staff is awful almost robotic they made us feel uncomfortable our waitress was Rebbekah and I almost felt like she was high or something she wouldn’t really look at us we asked for napkins and she just dropped them on the table and kept walking, the same with the bill. Walking in the girls in the front were just staring, it almost felt like they were racist to be honest we were the only two Hispanic girls there! We went during lunch time on a Friday and it was very busy which we did not mind but just a heads up for the people reading this review! Food: Definitely get a burger if you are eating here they are delicious, I just wish my French fries were crunchier but that’s personal preference! The nachos for an appetizer are a must they are delicious! My friend was not a fan of their coleslaw."
