"Expectations are not outrageously high for fast food restaurants, but this one is barely holding on. I've been here ~3 times in the last few weeks and twice my order has been incorrect (not even close). On the other visit, the drive through was empty and I was told their system went down and they weren't taking orders. When open, waits in the drive through are 30-45 minutes long and the dining room is closed, so there's no recourse for incorrect orders. Staff seems confused and lacking management. I understand and empathize with staffing and supply issues, for all parties involved, but if you want to exchange money for food (that you ordered), avoid this place, at least for now, if possible."

"Lady that takes orders is impolite and handles fries with no gloves. Went there with my husband. Waited 15 minutes (as someone that worked in fastfood that’s a long time considering there wasn’t another car in sight). Got charged an extra drink (frostycino) as well but didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes for a refund before my 8AM shift. I get that fastfood isn’t a glamorous career, but at least look for people that follow state hygiene standards and that maybe even like working with people!"
