"I really dont know whats going on bt this was a good braums. Some young kid working back there cant even take the simpliest orders. Felt bad for him. Bt only bad until i got home and tasted my malt. Dude it is really not hard to make a chocolate malt. I make them at home all the time. How i got home w a mint chocolate shake is beyond me. No malt. I never asked for mint thats repulsive cups soaked w ice cream. My cup was broken as well. I confirmed what i ordered more than 5x. Still wrong ya. Im not happy"
