"The food here is amazing however the Broadway location is not equipped for large parties. We had 9 people and was told we would be able to sit together but on separate tables. Unfortunately the tables were really far apart and those on the ends of the table could not talk to each other until after dinner. Aside from that, our dinner itself was good. I ordered the cheese Katsu with a side of curry to share with my husband. Miso soup and salad is refillable and we ordered it twice. Add the curry, you won't regret it :"

"McDonald's Restaurants are everywhere and some stand out because of service and attention while others are either average or poor. I'm convinced this is due to Management and raising the bar from the leadership level.This McDonald's store would land as average. They are generally kind, but not great. Lately I've avoided this store because they are commonly out of certain items by the end of the day. In this generation, McDonald's has picked up the reputation for screwing up orders. This particular store has been guilty of doing this. Hence, the average score."

"Bad customer experience from the manager. McDonald’s is known for large customer service, but this location has lost all respect for customers. my family and I drove through the drive and the drive through loudspeaker didn't work. we had other drivers who drove through the second drive and just landed through the reward window. the participant told us we must pay for the order, but we never have a chance to order. Finally, we did the order after twice wrong, we asked for free coffee for the inconvenience. the manager came, did not ask what happened just assumed that we kept the line and move us and that they call the police. unprofessional from a manager who is to lead to an example. it was not about the money, but only about the captain who counts on how customers are treated by the personal. if the manager hates her job and doesn’t like to work with customers, they end their job and move on. mcdonald builds his call on speed, good eating and amazing customer service. this visit to my family was not a hint. the owners should read customer feedback and make personal changes for a successful business. the manager was not willing to wave and not concerned about what had happened was a loss of much taken for the load, for a family of we spend a buck money at each visit. we are not coming back."

"Good McDonald's location, food is consistently good, what is the main reason to go to a McDonald's, you know what to expect. Have a few times where a mistake was made on my order, but McDonald's Canada (if you leave feedback on your website) makes it always right. Service is usually fast when you are in the drive-thru, within it can be a bit more uneven though."

"Yes I know it’s mcdonalds, we went in expecting a cheap meal nothing fancy, somehow even with low expectations this place was awful. Dirty, garbages overflowing, tables haven’t been wiped down in a long time. They have a limited menu which is fine, it’s a small spot. They forgot half our order and we had to go back to get what was missing. Even if you really want McDonald’s, avoid this location!"
