"I live close by, so I like this location even though the Queen Street one is bigger and sometimes Kahala runs out of something I wanted, especially if it's on sale. I've rarely had to wait in line for long, which is crucial since I have two young sons. I've ordered online for curbside or in store pickup many times, and the food was always packed nicely, with produce chosen carefully. Seafood and meat counters are always quick, and someone always calls out they'll be right with me if their hands are full. If they see someone trying to cut in front of me, they let the customer know I'd been waiting. A couple times, a staff member offered to help me when I was having a hard time in store without me asking. Once that made a huge difference for me because I had my sons with me and was having a rough morning. Thank you for that."

"Beautiful restaurant but their sushi bar is really counter seating 6 feet in front of the sushi chef. Sushi was fantastic but only one server for the entire restaurant so service was painfully slow for lunch time. 20 minutes just to get our drinks, and she didn 't know the difference between sushi and sashimi. Weird because there were a bunch of staff standing around doing nothing since there we only 5 tables occupied. Food quality still makes me recommend"

"My husband and I ate here right after arriving and we were lucky enough to hit happy hour. The prices were super cheap for happy hour, both for food and the drinks. We were served sake in masu, which was a first for me! The yuzu chicken was phenomenal, as was the kimchi octopus and the karaage. But honestly, the thing I would say has to be rated the highly from here was the service! Our food and drinks came out super quick, they made sure our water was filled several times, and we never had to wait long to order another round."

"Parking is very small most likely to find street parking or park over Hawaiian Brians. It is a bit pricy for food, but it is a great quality (money's worth). Cool/chill staff and live music. $10 entrance fee (if I left). Used open table to book a table online had no problems. The ambience of the place really liked very relaxing."
