"Purchased two pies on Saturday afternoon to serve Sunday.Banana cream pie was old. Dark brown bananas inside,runny, and tasted old. Paid 38 for two pies. Tried to call to speak to manager. 6 times to discuss and phone automatically hangs up. No one answered phone. This was the first and last time I will be a customer here. It is clear there is a bad attitude as well. Here's your sign. When I was there waiting for service one of the staff answered phone and customer wanted a pie held for them. We don't do that was response. Then she made some remarks like she was put out to answer phone for a customer. Seriously? You are there to provide service to your customers."

"This place is great! There was only one waiter when we were there, but he was still very attentive and helpful. He was very patient with us and he was very nice. The food was good (better than anticipated) and the prices aren't crazy especiallycompared to other options. We also got a strawberry cheesecake pie to share and it was very good. All around, a fantastic placeto eat at if you're in the area."

"Service was good although they were busy like most restaurants. The salad was super small for the price so I went ahead and returned it. It's not a side salad either it's a main salad and I am not kidding it was literally like a cup and a half of ingredients. The coffee is pretty weak if you're looking for a good cup of coffee with your breakfast you may want to tell the server to make a strong pot before bringing you coffee which our server did. Pretty good serving size with everything else."

"We had never been to Shari's. The other night, we all had a late night sweet tooth…so we decided to try Shari's. We were greeted with all smiles and they sat all 8 of us. We had pie, pie shakes and fries, totally healthy; It was my friend's daughter's birthday. The staff treated all of us with the most respect and were really sweet to the kids. Will go back again."
