"The Good, The Bad, The Ugly.... The Good: The Tuna Poke, Crispy Whole Fish (Flounder tonight) and BBQ Shrimp were enjoyed. The bathroom: Arrival in my wheelchair at the front door of the “wheelchair accessible” restaurant we were back to the alley and around the corner, then the road down to a door that unlocks it. The person who leads us proudly said that he had blown the floor for us! In the door through a decorating hallway, then through a falling door into the restaurant. Talk about feeling like a second-class citizen!! We came here specifically for the lobster. After reading articles and reviews about the “off menu” of the chef and seeing many photos of lobster dinners on Yelp. We cancelled our reservations at Galitoires. When I asked our server about lobster dishes, he replied: “We have never served lobsters!! So very disappointed, my wife and I ordered the fillet Mignon and son ordered the crispy fish. Filets, while cooked as ordered, were barely hot and were hard enough, we really had to use our steak knives. We love both Filet mignon and none of us ended our steak. The potatoes were tasteless and served again cold, where they had a kind of skin or crust. Service was poor. Sometimes we don't see our server more than 20 minutes at a time. Both he and the person who sat at us seem to enjoy watching their phones more than serving customers. The Ugly: When leaving, returning the pouring corridors, finding the door to the exit was LOCKED!! In other words, in an emergency, I couldn't leave the building!! After I spent 31 years in fire service, I find that a life danger and totally unacceptable. I would never return to this facility and recommend that you don't waste your money like us."
