"A disappointing experience, very poor service from multiple staff and a below average meal. I went in for dinner (2 adults 2 children) with a table booked, restaurant was only half full but still took 15mins just to get our order taken. Then another 45 of waiting with no food, and with no explanation and only even acknowledged after following up with a couple of different staff. 5 further minutes and then 2 meals arrive, 2 mins later the other 2. The meals were only luke warm, looked poorly put together and some items different from the menu (luckily no allergies). No apologies or offers of anything else. Overall a real letdown as I've quite enjoyed Bill's a number of times in the past, but I would avoid this branch."
