"It?s been 3 days and I?m still upset about this, so I?m going to have to leave a review. I hate leaving something negative, but come on; this was wrong. I ordered a dozen cupcakes, and requested they be made a specific way. My husband picked them upbecause I had other errands to do. When I got them they were not made correctly. I ordered these specifically as my twinsfavorite flavors for their birthday. We weren?t able to have a large party so I wanted to do something special. I called thebakery to let them know of the mistake. I did not open the container at all, because I didn?t want to break the seal. Themanager/owner basically told me he ?technically made the cupcakes? and that he would not refund. When I asked for new cupcakesto be made the way I ordered he said he only makes so many orders a day and wouldn?t make them. When I placed my order he didn?tspecify only having one flavor of icing for it. I feel like it was on purpose, especially considering his response. It was sucha let down. I make it a point to try and support small businesses, but when this is done it discourages people. Especiallypaying $44 for a dozen of cupcakes that are not big by any means. They were not fancy either. I ordered vanilla cupcakes withchocolate and strawberry in rotating order. Instead he made strawberry and chocolate cupcakes with vanilla icing. So,?technically? he made the right flavors, but it wasn?t what I ordered"
