"AWFUL DO NOT EAT HERE! What a horrible horrible company! They don't deliver on time (waited 1.5 hours) they lie about why, and where you food is, one minute it's on its way, the next it's in the kitchen. They don't deliver one of the items without letting you know (so you might choose something else in it it's place) and then, here's the icing on the cake... They only give a partial refund! That's stealing for God's sake, I didn't get my onion bhaji OR the full money back for it! They hang up on you when you call to complain. They're SO rude. The food was TERRIBLE. And this is only what happened to me, tonight they've done the same thing to my Dad! After being hung up on several times over a 1. 5 hour period he never even got his food at all! Absolutely outrageous. Minus 10 stars for this absolutely disgusting company. DO NOT ORDER HERE!"

"We went and used a taste card and ordered Tandori mixer grill it was very disappointing. We had that dish many times before so we knew it wasn't right. If you can not cater for customers with taste card please remove from your offer. We had scraps of meat and burned bits covered with boiled potato and onions. Not happy at all. We will not get back there!!!!! Service: Dine in"

"I will start with the positives, it tastes good and the special sauce is very tasty mixed with the mango and it is clean in there. That is where the good ends. This used to be a good place, a little expensive for a lunch...but as a treat it was worth it. However they have for a while now been shocking with the customer service side. With the wrap it states for a regular it is 2 portions, however don't be fooled; they will cut one in half and it is infact 1 and a half. When you pull them on this there is no real explanation and you are greeted with rudeness I have even had a girl laugh at me and roll her eyes. I thought this might be just this branch however it seems when you give feedback to their customer services team online they really don't care and wont even give you the decency to respond. I have emailed them directly for their stance on the matter 3 times now. Anyway that's my rant over. Shocking service, over priced food for reasonably nice food."

"Croydon centrale branch I paid for a wrap with 4 pieces of chicken thinly sliced and a can of coke the the total cost was £11.50p complete and utter rip off im still trying to figure out if the can of coke cost me £3.50 cause the wrap was advertised for £7.95 I think they over charged me on purpose avoid this place at all cost"

"Recently moved back to Croydon and ordered a takeaway from here after moving boxes into my new flat all day (found this place randomly on UberEats). So happy I did! It was truly glorious. Everything was so delicious and fragrant. Poppadums were crisp and not at all oily. The pathia, dhansak and sabzi malai were amazing. I have since ordered from here a few more times and will continue to do so!"
