"We went to the buffet on Sunday. The food was authentic South Indian. Several varieties were included. There were plenty of options for beggars and non-vegetarians. Biryani tasted really good. Curries were good too. I liked the food personally and the group we were with. The only question I found was the price. It was a little pricy is my opinion. Not sure how expensive it would be if A la carte. I would definitely visit again if we were in that, regardless of the price."

"Kalpasi appears to be good only for the Veg/non veg entree, as for multiple occurrences never had issue . But the recent take out experience from the restaurant had been terrible. Ordered a ?Mutton Biryani? and ?Chicken 65? . The biryani rice was clearly overcooked with excess water. It was sticky, mushy and had oil as well. The chicken 65 was just deeply fried chicken which appeared to be burnt. (Check attached images) . There was no garnishing of cilantro , curry leaves"

"Love this Indian place. Have dined in here and have ordered food online. Everything was delicious. They used to have Buffets and Lunch Thalis pre COVID times. Today ordered pepper chicken Fry and it was nice. Tasty. I would recommend their Biryani too. Must try in Herndon, Dulles area."

"I originally found this restaurant through door dash, but it has quickly become one of my favorite places to eat. The food is AMAZING and flavourful! I haven't had anything I don't like yet. Even more so, the service is fantastic as well. I just celebrated my 40th birthday there and they went above and beyond to help make it special, from providing candles and festive music, to just very attentive service. It was most of my group's first time there and they all commented on both the fantastic food and service. Seriously, if you are looking for an awesome Indian dinner, you can't go wrong here."
