"We didn’t actually eat here. Let me tell you why. This restaurant was recommended to us by people in Southampton and is in quite an impressive building, so we were looking forward to going. When we arrived on a Friday evening at 7.45, having pre-booked, the downstairs part was closed. We were ushered up a narrow staircase to an upstairs restaurant, which wasn’t very inspiring. The waitress gave us a photocopied one page menu sheet and told us it was their Winter menu. It didn’t have many dishes on it, but the waitress said if we wanted something specific, they would try to produce it for us. We asked for a wine list, but when we chose a bottle from it, we were told that the only red wine they had was Rioja, one of the dearest on the list. Also most of the wines on the list professed to be “Harrods” wine. We were sitting by the window, which had lights around it and they suddenly started changing colour! It was like being in a fairground! We got up and left and a waiter asked where we were going, but wasn’t really that interested. All in all, it was very disappointing."

"My man and I stumbled over this restaurant while our jubilee stay in South Hampton and could not believe the jewel we had found. it was filled to the edge and probably one of its busiest months was the lead to christmas. Although all the tables and a Christmas party are on the way, they managed to organize a table for us only at the entrance in less than 5 minutes. the service was super fast and friendly and they constantly checked for us and when the courts came out, they explained what was all. we are every last piece of the 7 dishes we ordered! I am definitiw back."

"The restaurant surprised me with its atmosphere, friendly service, tasty eating served on hot plates and plates. chunk in corma, tikka, tikka masala melted in the mouth, salat with yogurt and gurke tasty, I recommend it for the whole family to dinner"

"This was our first time with them today and they scored a perfect 10! We are stuffed! We ordered Devil's Own Chicken (not for the faint-hearts and we could take the heat! It was jaw burning delicious! We are bongs from India so we could take it easily. Normally, when restaurants prepare curry this hot (like Chicken Phall then the taste is compromised. You feel you're chewing on the world's hottest chillies. But THEIR Devil's Own hot curry is not JUST hot it's absolutely finger-licking tasty! Good job, Chef! They actually gave us a free box of Pulao Rice with our order. Thank you for this, Manager : I didn't have to make extra rice for us. Really really appreciate this! They did go the extra mile. So, will we order from them again? Heck YES!"

"Bar and an Indo chinese restaurant , run by Bangladeshi guys. Food was more suited to english palette hence not to my expectations of indo-chinese but nevertheless buffet has many varieties. No desert though is a bit of dampener. I ordered a chicken biryani which was so so to say."

"Last night, we ordered a takeaway to be delivered. Only half the order arrived after 1 hour. 3 hours and 2 phone calls later, still no food and told no refund!!! A complete 'rip off ', would not touch with a barge pole."

"I call them and ask about a dish on the main picture on just it and guy offer me butter chicken...but the dish is in red tomato sauce... lol the same photo got Viceroy from Southampton... i call them as well but they didn 't want to speak about dish on the photo.... yugssss... poor and cheating ..."
