"I bought my car here over a year ago, and it was a good experience. I got my quick service on my car today and it was nice. There was water in the waiting area and lots of places to sit while you wait. I got seen very quickly especially considering that there were probably 10 people there for service too!"

"This special location has never provided me with a friendly, tasty or clean experience. Never satisfactorily... the NUR employee who didn't look at me directly and the other guests standing in the line were the manager who worked this night and he ran around everywhere and tried to lift all the other slack who pretended they couldn't see or hear me at all. The whole lobby was disgustingly dirty. Trash and old food all over the ground from the main doors over the entire room. And NOBODY even tried to clean up everything. No wizards, no sweep or mopping, NOTE! Take care of yourself. I have certainly tried to give this place several chances, at all different times of the day night, to try a little, there is a chance to be just the employees at certain layers, or the times of the day, but no.it is literally all about this Whataburger who has forced me to give it such a terrible review... bc is unfortunately a terrible location and also a terrible restaurant with even more terrible service. BUT!!! I DID however very enjoy a few bites from my friend sweet and spicy bcon burgers he ordered. THAT Burger was delicious in taste, but most cold otherwise, and it was still a little too pink in the middle of the meat patty.. The large white chocolate rasberry shakes were also good and were made right. I really hope that I see some improvements in the future for this place, but I don't think my breath is longer than I already have. The fingers are crossed."

"Even after ordering in person in the dine-in, they got my order wrong 3 times! Then the manager (or mismanager) himself couldn't correct the register errorThey don't listen! As is, I had to accept a version of what I ordered.The kids there: they don't care. They are too busy with Facebook or whatever on their phones. And the mismanagement? He doesn't care either. So incredibly bad service here! So, how can you trust the food?With P-Terrys and In-Out burger so near, I'll NEVER be back to this whataburger..."
