"Friendly service and good food. Bit the signs were confusing. Said dining room was closed but there the signs on the tables wasn't on all the tables so we sat and ate. Tried the donut chicken burger. Was very tasty. I will try donut and chicken strip basket next."

"So, food is pretty good, prices are high (but what prices aren’t high in Alaska), and customer service is subpar. The issue here is, the restaurant is acting as though we (the customer) needs them. When you walk in, you are immediately “briefed” on their expectations while you are patronizing their restaurant. No one has an issue wearing a mask and respecting their mask policy, people’s issue is the way the restaurant goes about it. Once people make a review, the owner (or whoever manages the site) responds unprofessionally and demonstrates no need for maintaining customers. For example, one member wrote about how they were welcomed (regarding the mask brief they got) and the owners response indicated the restaurant is their livelihood and how bad covid is effecting them, but then when a different customer makes a review they make a comment “thanking” the reviewer for “making room for other customers”. The response is immature and makes it sound like they are in no need of customers, even though the restaurant is almost empty every time I am in the shopping center… and not because of the food, but because of the customer service and the unprofessional approach the owner has towards patrons. So, what is sad is the restaurant has potential in its food, but the owners unprofessionalism and their customer service will put them out (only reason why many people I know as well as myself will no longer patronize the business). Reviews are supposed to help businesses see where they could do better… not to attack those who are paying their bills."

"I asked for a sandwich without cheese. Not only did they tell me that they couldn't do it, but the owner told me that I should simply be grateful that they have workers at all to make sandwiches. Unbelievable!"
