"I'm a regular customer, which means that not a week passes by that I don't enjoy a meal at the place. I've been a customer for years and have no bad service or bad eating yet. the atmosphere is lovely and the staff is friendly. I am am amazed by some of the bad critiks, as I always see that the employees go out of the way to see that everyone cares. the manager and the owners themselves provide table service, if necessary and always observe that everyone is well supervised. it is one of the best restaurants in the environment and has won several awards of the citizens who say the same."

"I can't say enough nice things about Starlight Cafe. Gus and Mina will always make you feel as welcome as can be and serve outstanding home-style meals. I've been a patron for many years and have yet to have a meal that I didn't thoroughly enjoy. It's a delightful place to eat, owned and operated by a truly wonderful, caring couple,. They are only open for breakfast and lunch. Be sure to go there; you won't be disappointed."

"Took a friend in today that had never been in. This was my first time trying their breakfast. I could not believe the portions! And this is real, fresh food. I had the pecan french toast and the cinnamon butter that went with it was delicious. Absolutely perfect!! Our server Kris was so friendly and fantastic. As someone who opened and ran restaurants for 20 years, I so appreciated the greetings from all of the staff coming in and the goodbyes as we were leaving."

"We eat at Pete's Diner Weekly. To start good Ice Tea. We have ordered an assortment of menu items. I enjoy the Scramble Bowls and the Greek Chowmein, but not on the menu, daily special sometimes. Greek salads are really good and so is the potato salad that comes with it. They always have at least 5 daily specials. Everyone is very friendly. Service is quick."

"Absolutely horrible. We ordered cinnamon raisin French toast which was burnt, French toast with blueberry topping which was undercooked, soggy with raw egg, and tasted like it was cooked on a dirty griddle. The bacon was burnt and melted through the Styrofoam container. The scrambled eggs were overcooked as well. We ended up tossing it all in the garbage."
