"I was greeted by Arturo and he also took my order. He was very nice and the service was really fast. The place looked super clean and it was a great temperature inside. My order is complete and delicious. The chicken should be fresh and warm. Usually I don't like the Cole Slaw Salat, but I really liked her. So, I think is the first Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant that I found clean and where they don't measure with my order and where I really liked her chicken. This location is therefore approved!"

"Whataburger has always been reliable with good food. Until you order something on the menu that they must not sell allot of. Ordered an apple pie with my dinner. A usually mild wait now takes over 20-minutes. To cook an apple pie!?!?! But one of thebest parts was requesting spicy ketchup and getting none. No napkins either. And the kicker was grabbing a couple fries to eatand having a long blond hair attached to them. Gross ???? !!! Took the whole order back since I'm not taking any chances. Got afull refund. The shift manager was non apologetic and more concerned with going home. Now that she has to take care of adisgruntled customer. That's ok because there are plenty of other burger joints in Phoenix that will get my business. NotWhataburger!!!"

"Delicious food at a reasonable price. There is an egg white omelette called the Acapulco and it comes with chicken for under $10. But what is really amazing is the service and today they were out of banana creme pies at breakfast but the manager knew I wanted one so whipped one up for me in no time at all! Now that's what I call stellar service. Thanks Marti the general manager! The place is very clean and very freindly hosts and servers especially Veronica . It's like the cheers of restaurants as everyone seems to know my name hence I pass 3 other breakfast places that are much closer to me to come here! One time they were very busy and the cook even brought out my meal so it wouldn't get cold! I will be back often and attend at least 5 days a week breakfast ."

"I was just at Churches Chicken at this location when a gentleman walks in asking about his application status. As I stood there waiting for my order, I observed that the employee of Churches did not even acknowledge this gentleman as the employees back was turned against him. As the gentleman who was asking for the job asked for the managers name the employee rudely responded by saying don't worry about it This young man is trying to make a difference and beat the odds and negative statistics of the unemployed in reference to culture and diversity. This CHURCHES location obviously does not practice the DEI DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION). By the way I also noticed that all the employees were of one race, and the gentleman who tried to inquire about his application was black. The reason why I'm doing this review is to bring fairness to this particular store in hoping that Administration can address this issue to the Chief Executive Officer's of this company. My receipt number is"

"Rita?s is amazing. Everything there is great! Going there a long time NEVER A PROBLEM UNTIL TODAY?.! Went to union hills location, I did not have to wait in any line. I ordered a large half watermelon half lemonItalian ice and asked for it to be topped with a swirl of gelato on top. The total was $13.00! I asked why so much the girl behind the counter charged me for a separate gelati large one! .. told her cancel the gelati, Rita?s normally will top with a swirl of gelato free. The girl couldn?t care less , didn?t offer an apology and was almost rude."
