"Disgusting! I asked for red beans and rice and got pommes. I can apologise for my mask. my sharp white meat was a catastrophe. the wing was tiny and very dry. the breast was worse! both were insanely overboiled and shaken. there was almost no meat on both pieces. we are cold French pommes (I didn't order) that ended it."

"This place has a lot of potential, but they need a great improvement. when we left, there was probably only one host who waited all the tables so that they can say that they are heavily understated. their tables must be balanced, most of the tables are wobbly. their fire alarm went away and they had flying around the glazed image. for eating it was quite average. I'm probably not going back soon."

"I've been a fan of this local coffee maker for some time. I first turned to kobrick at the now closed French caffe in the west village (R.I.P.). a few years ago when I wanted to improve the coffee program in my office, I thought to check with cobrick coffee and I'm so glad I did. I wasn't sure if they were sold to offices or simply to restaurants, but since we made our coffee provider, they always reacted to our needs and treated our little account well. our salesman john helped me to select a high-quality Fetco brewer that we have seen from kobrick at a very competitive price from what I have seen at online retailers, but by buying with kobrick I have access to their repair and service team. they send out someone each year to take a look at the machine and make sure that everything is top and replaces the water filter. with their lead we also moved from buying pre-ground coffee to buy a commercial grinder and buying full bean coffee. as john first suggested that this sound like it was messy and a headache for me, but in the opposite, the system has really worked well. the purchase of full beans has dramatically increased the variety of coffees we serve in the office and everyone really appreciate the fresh of the coffee. some favorites are the very cheap columbian supremo, sumatra mandheling and costa rica finca el mirador. also last year was holiday dazzle fire."

"We love this place! We go to have roasts on Sundays (as some of us are English and crave a roast). The Irish breakfast, the roasts, and the drink deals amazing. The staff always check on us, make sure we have everything we need (even when it's so busy). Also, we have gotten free desert 2x now simply bc the staff is so kind. Really love this welcoming, cozy place with EXCELLENT food and wine."
