"I’m always a little hesitant to eat out for breakfast since most places tend to disappoint. Being out of town, we decided to try something new and different and I can not say enough good things about this place. From the shirts with cute sayings, to the black and white tile floor, and the visible kitchen the atmosphere is excellent. We had a very short wait time, especially considering that it’s New Year’s Day and the place was packed. We were also a rather large party, but they moved people through efficiently. But the best part?! The food. We had the Chicken and Waffles, Croissant French Toast, Cinnamon Apple Pancakes, San Francisco Benedict, and a Kids’ Belgian Waffle. The waffles were light and fluffy, the chicken was moist, crispy, and full flavor. It was paired with a sweet spicy sauce, and the waffles had a strawberry butter that was absolutely decadent. The SF Benedict had an entire avocado and the eggs were perfectly poached. And the French toast? As a baker (who makes croissants every day) I was nervous to try it, but it did not disappoint. It was tender and crispy and full of flavor. I almost forgot the pancakes, they were huge, tender, and had a cinnamon whipped cream on top as well as the butter, the apple flavor was perfect and well balanced with the cinnamon. I will add that we originally came here for the hash browns because I love diner hash browns.m- these were sheer perfection. If I could give this place 50 stars (or 500 like my kids suggested) I would. This is definitely going to my list of favorites and highly recommended restaurants."

"I go there allot because it's close to my house. I say it was only good because I ordered a classic egg McMuffin and got a sausage McMuffin. Classic is the he one with Canadian bacon in case no one knows anymore. Including the staff."

"Breakfast not for the faint of heart!. This food is hearty, home cookin' at it's best. Yeah, it's sometimes sloppy and slow much like true Southern downhome food. Oh, man, those breakfast plates are something else. This is definitely not the place to go if you're watching calories or fat. Everything is layered in butter and gravy and obese happiness."

"The menu at Maple St. Biscuit Co. was a bit underwhelming at first glance. But this is yet another prime example of 'simple ' executed well. Waiting in line to order you can see a the team making, cutting and baking off hundreds of biscuits. If you get here early your order will include freshly made biscuits. The menu isn 't terribly vast but everything that I had was fresh, hot, and tasted great. The Squawking Goat was perfectly balanced and just the right amount of food. I also got Fried Green Tomatoes on the side well seasoned, crisp, and piping hot. What really impressed me was the size of the team and how well they were trained. As someone who worked in the industry for 14 years, calling out orders, shouting behind, 3 All Day, heard are the hallmark signs of a well oiled machine. Our group of 4 didn 't wait longer than 10 minutes for our order on a Sunday morning. I 'll be returning next time I 'm in the St. Pete area."
