"We thought this place was great! Good food, came out fast. Staff was awesome! We had like 5 people help us, not because we're a mess but because they are so dang nice there. Food was delicious. We will probably eat there every time we visit Tupelo."

"Used to be a great Hardee’s but has really gone down hill. Always missing something from my order. Extremely slow service. I waited 10 minutes on missing curly fries...and was charged and given a large when I ordered a small. I don’t think they ever have enough staff. I remember in the 90’s the great service and all the old guys who would drink coffee in the mornings. To bad for West Tupelo. Even the parking lot is always trashy and the landscaping horrible. The sweet girl that’s always working seems like she’s almost always by herself."

"I have been here 4 times all great until today. The waitress asks immediately here or to go as if she had rather me not eat there. Then asks AFTER ordering a waffle meal so you want syrup and butter. Food was not cooked at all the proper way requested. Cool was horrible. He used bare hands to touch all of my food. He?s new. I know because I?ve been before. The waitress didn?t even know his name and she was just as bad who kept putting all her work off on the others as I watched. I?m really let down with this place after today. $12.41 for way under par meal not sanitarily prepared."

"Was in Tupelo we got the meat lovers or whatever their version is… supreme…. And those Twix dessert thing.Pizza was rlly good!! Dessert things, not at all?!Tasted like canned biscuit dough ?.Service was just so so BUT dude DID hook it UP in the banana peppers !! ?Friendly enough staff, hit food….. we carried it back to the room…. Pizza was still piping hot!! ?I’d return."

"To get right to the chase, I really enjoyed my meal here! Prices were reasonable, service was great, and the food was also very tasty! The shrimp avocado sandwich was my favorite thing I tried. The honey Sriracha chicken biscuit with gravy was also a very interesting combo. All in all, I don?t really have any complaints or negatives that I experienced. If I was in the area again, I?d certainly not hesitate to come back!"
